It is best suited for technical documentation, business documents, user guides, statements of work, training courses, tender books, bidding documentation, financial reports, geotechnical investigations, medical reports, agreements, quotations, etc., for which the terminological consistency, the ability to best convey the meaning of the source text, the accuracy and clarity are of the essence.

TEP – Translation, editing and proofreading.

Besides the standard workflow that we apply to any translation project, we can adjust our work methods and processes to the client’s specific projects and requirements. The regular TE workflow can be enhanced to much more complex procedures, to meet the rigors and budget of each and every project.
When faced with a project of a specialist nature, we must ensure that the team taking on the project is the most suited for the task, so our client receives the high-quality translation it deserves. The translation process turns into a three-layer one: Translation, Editing (Revision) and Proofreading.
First, the text is translated by an industry expert, so the translation is accurate and the terminology is consistent with the domain. Editing, as the revision part, is the next step. The editing process involves comparing the source text with the output text and ensuring that the terminology and grammar are correct, that the translation is clear and complete and that the meaning and cultural nuances of the original text are preserved. Finally, proofreading is the final step before we offer the translated text to the client. The translated text is read to ensure that the syntax and general presentation of the content are of the required standard. The proofreader does not use the source text as a reference. The proofreader scans the target text for grammar, punctuation and spelling errors and makes sure that the output text is legible, correctly framed and the layout is similar to the source text. Besides language proofreading services, performed by specialist translators, we provide expert review and proofreading services performed by specialist professionals (physicians, pharmacists, veterinaries, mid-level practitioners, lawyers, engineers, marketing specialists).
By employing all steps of translation, editing and proofreading, and the right team, you can be assured that your translation will be of the highest quality.

Interpreting and
Event Planning Services

For the international events that we plan, we ensure interpretation and equipment rental services, catering services, IT services, the best venue – in a nutshell: complete planning of the event. As the recent changes to our lifestyle influence the way we work as well, most of the events are now organized remote, and we support our clients to choose the specific and dedicated platform that enables the full organization of such event together with technical assistance and professional remote interpretation services. The interpretation services are exclusively restricted to oral communication: they involve the conveyance of a message from one language into another, in a natural and fluent manner, assuming the speaker’s rhetorical style, tone and persuasion skills.

The consecutive interpretation services address a limited audience. The interpreter addresses the audience directly, without using any special technical equipment. The interpreter is among the participants, listens to their input and conveys the contents into the target language, generally based on the notes taken. In practice, this form of interpretation services proves useful in a certain range of situations, such as highly technical meetings, work lunches, negotiations, reunions with a limited number of participants, on-site visits, assistance in court, at the Trade Register, before the Registrar or the Notary Public, in order to sign notarial documents.

The simultaneous interpretation services address a larger audience, and make use of special technical equipment and the assistance of a sound technician. The interpreters work in tandem, in a soundproof booth. In the conference hall, the speaker uses a microphone; the interpreter receives the sound through the headphones and conveys the message almost simultaneously, also through the microphone. This form of interpreting services is recommendable for complex and public events, such as conferences, congresses, workshops, training courses delivered by foreign lecturers.

The remote simultaneous interpretation services also called RSI, are used for online events and have developed the most in light of the recent events that changed our lives and our working environments. People have become used to work remotely and we nowadays hold remote events, conferences, business meetings, team buildings or trainings.  From simple events with a few participants to larger and complex events, we only need to use a dedicated platform for remote simultaneous interpretation and our experienced and well-trained interpreters will join you remote in any of your events. While using the appropriate technology and platform, any event may be hold without the on-site presence of the interpreters or the participants, while sparing the time and additional costs for travelling and accommodation. It’s never been easier!

The telephone interpretation services are often related to consecutive interpretation and refer to the use of a human interpreter who renders and eases the communication on the phone between two parties. This type of interpretation is commonly used by the governmental institutions in some countries such as USA, United Kingdom, New Zealand or Australia. It is mostly used by governmental institutions and healthcare system to facilitate the communication and help foreign citizens to address the local authorities in some countries. The telephone interpreter is familiar with translating in various fields such as healthcare, governmental and financial institutions, emergency call centers or social security bodies. At the request of our clients, we can provide interpreters with relevant experience in telephone interpretation and that are already trained and familiar with this system.
